ACA - SA April Update

The recent Roundtable on Cybersecurity was very well attended, with presentations on the risks and vulnerabilities that could lead to data loss or encryption and subsequent demand for payments to retrieve the data.

Among recent meetings ACA has corresponded and met with:

• Catholic Education SA regarding issues around submissions, feedback, and selection panels
• DPTI regarding the STEM process and future contracting
• DECD regarding the Building Better Schools program

We are also meeting in a few weeks with the new Minister for Industry and Skills, David Pisoni, as part of a CIF delegation. We continue to advocate for the value of design and sensible procurement selection.

A reminder for ALL South Australian practices to complete the ACA Salary Survey currently underway – the data is only as good as the number of firms who complete it!
