Advocacy in South Australia continues apace through the Construction Professionals Forum.

The SA Construction Professionals Forum – representing the ACA, Australian Institute of Architects, Consult Australia, Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and Australian Institute of Project Managers – met with the Department of Planning Transport and Infrastructure’s Building Management Division for the first time in 2014 on 30 June.

A number of issues on the agenda had been raised by ACA members, including Limitation of Liability, cascading appointment of consultants, improving processes and proformas and prequalification issues.
