ACA – SA has organised White Card training for staff of member practices.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to 10 people only. ACA – SA offers subsidies of $45 each for the first two people registered from each member practice.
See below for details of how to register and claim subsidies.
What is the White Card?
The National Construction Induction Card, otherwise known as a White Card, is required to be held by those who:
- Carry out construction work, including site managers and supervisors, surveyors, labourers and trades persons,
- Access operational construction zones unaccompanied or not directly supervised by an inducted person
- Whose employment causes them to routinely enter operational construction zones.
This nationally recognised card signifies that the person named on the card has completed training in WHS ‘General Induction for Construction’, which is compliant with the “National Code of Practice for Induction for Construction Work.”
The White Card is evidence of General Induction Training only. Employers will need to ensure that Site Induction and/or Task-Specific Induction is also provided.

- The RTO will enter successful applicants details into database
- The RTO will export information to SafeWork SA

- Applicant will received printed card 1 to 2 weeks after course
