2020 Rates of Pay
The 2020 Federal Industrial Awards pay rates for awards relevant to employees working in architectural practices are applicable from 1 November 2020.
The award rates below incorporate the minimum wage decision handed down by the Fair Work Commission in June 2020. This saw an increase of 1.75% applied to all award wages applicable from the first full pay period from 1 November 2020.
Note: these are minimum rates required to meet your practice’s obligations under the relevant Award and the National Employment Standards. (The new national minimum wage will be $753.80 per week or $19.84 per hour.)
