Join ACA – SA for a roundtable discussion on the benefits of specifying local, featuring industry participation advocate Ian Nightingale.
Architects continually specify all products for built projects. Builders can sometimes offer substitutions. But what information is available? Do architects have access to a database of local-manufacture information? If so, we could all use this database to ensure that local is being specified as much as possible. If not, can we create one?
This important event will be attended by Ian Nightingale, the industry participation advocate. Ian will help us understand how to specify local – and the benefits in doing so.
