AMWF – Technology & Wellbeing

13 March 2024 - Updated: 18 April 2024

Technology helps with speed and efficiency but it can also create increased stress and information overload. Our first national AMWF event for 2024 covered the extremely timely topic of Technology and its connection to mental wellbeing. Watch this webinar to hear advice from our panel of practitioners and HR experts on making the most of technology without becoming a slave to it. Originally held 11 April 2024.

NOW AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON DEMAND

In this recording, Brian Clohessy (Head of People & Character, BVN), Jean Graham (Director, Winter Architecture) and Merilyn Speiser (Director, Catalina Consultants) bring their wealth of experience and knowledge to the panel discussion. Topics discussed include the right to disconnect legislation, how to use technology effectively in practice, how to structure meetings for best effect, and how to manage remote working.
