The ACA’s Pulse Check No. 2 revealed that a high proportion of architectural practices are now working remotely. In response, we have commissioned two experts in the field of leadership and communication to deliver a webinar on Managing Remote Teams.

Over 45 minutes plus a Q+A, Hannah Fitzhardinge and Jeroen van Dalen from Integral will zero in on the following topics:

  • How to set up your workspace to maximise productivity
  • How to create the mental space to work from home
  • What structures and tools are useful for WFH
  • Tips to managing a practice of people working across different projects and within different teams
  • How to ensure that the culture and positive energy of your studio is not lost. 

Your Presenters

Hannah Fitzhardinge is a Director and Senior Consultant at Integral. Her background is in corporate public affairs, government approvals and strategic communication, having worked previously for former Premier Dr Geoff Gallop, Woodside Energy Ltd and CITIC Pacific Mining. Hannah was elected as a Councillor at the City of Fremantle in 2016, then again in 2017 for a further four-year term. Joining the Rottnest Island Board in October 2017, Hannah has also previously served on the boards of the Beehive Montessori School and ARTRAGE.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Politics from Curtin University and a Certificate in Coaching from the International Coaching Council-accredited organisation, Coach School. She has also completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ flagship Company Directors Course. Hannah has extensive experience facilitating workshops for clients at various career stages, and particularly working on issues of assertiveness, interpersonal communication, strategic planning, team effectiveness and mindfulness.

Jeroen van Dalen is responsible for Integral’s Digital Platform, Able, driving growth and operational improvements. He lectures on entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity and is passionate about helping people and organisations innovate and perform their best.
