How effective are your Practice Management Systems? Take our five-minute survey to help us uncover the best systems available, and to share our results.

The ACA is once again conducting our important business systems review in partnership with Management for Design (M4D).

Last year we conducted the first Business Systems Survey to research and assess the use and effectiveness of the various practice management systems used in practice. The results were clear. Though myriad systems are used across our membership, the feedback and often negative user satisfaction on these systems rang alarm bells.

In light of these results, the ACA and M4D have decided to conduct the survey on an annual basis – and there are some key questions to explore. What’s changed? Is there any improvement? Are there systems that have risen above the mediocre? What systems should your business consider implementing? Should you consider changing? We will analyse and distribute the results to assist you to make a more informed decision about the best system for your business.
