Business Resilience with Bill Withers

27 September 2020

Join the WA Committee and tech entrepreneur Bill Withers on 15 October to explore how to build a successful and sustainable business, through challenges and adversity.

We’ve all heard the ‘canary in the coalmine’ line and know from experience that architecture is often the first to go when things get tough. This year has thrown a curveball and is testing the resilience of us all. COVID-19 is requiring business leaders to navigate an unprecedented set of challenges while continuing to motivate their employees in a time of uncertainty.

The WA Committee is dedicated to helping our members withstand the current crisis, and to flourish when the economy starts to recover. To that end, we have invited tech entrepreneur, Bill Withers, to share his experience of building a successful and sustainable business. While you enjoy a glass of wine, Bill will discuss what we can learn from this pandemic to build resilience for the future.

Founders and leaders of SMEs can use the current pandemic to spend time working ON their business and build for resilience. While we cannot predict or control the future, we can certainly anticipate and adapt.

Our Speaker

Bill is the founder of business consultancy, ADAPT by Design. His passion and empathy for business leaders stems from having built a global geoscientific software company and successfully leading it through the highs and lows of the resource sector. Bill’s life work is now to use these learnings to help build the leadership, culture, systems and habits of other business enterprises.

One lucky attendee will receive a two-hour mentoring workshop with one of the business experts from ADAPT by Design. This is an event not to miss!
