Our speaker – Paul Clifford

Paul is a registered organisational psychologist and experienced practitioner in the areas of employee assessment, training and development, organisational design and performance management. Paul’s 15 years of experience span the areas of organisational review; psychometric testing and assessment; recruitment and selection; HR strategy; performance measurement and evaluation; individual coaching; recruitment, management and conflict resolution training; mediation and outplacement.

Before joining FBG Group, Paul worked with LINK HR Consulting, a small team of psychologists and HR practitioners assisting clients to improve their human resource and business outcomes. Paul designed and delivered many of LINK’s training programs, project managed its national outplacement program, carried out several organisational reviews and consulted to organisations on issues such as leadership development, performance management and recruitment and selection. Prior roles included HR Advisor at Accenture and Recruitment Consultant at Coles Myer and National Mutual.

Paul works with clients in both the private and public sectors and has worked with organisations in industries as diverse as financial services, health care, energy, manufacturing, information technology and government.
