The Business of Small Practice #2 is designed to build the business capability of small-practice architects, with lawyer Luke Paterson from Jackson McDonald leading us through the nitty-gritty of organisational structure. Architectural researcher and teacher, Robyn Creagh will facilitate the event, ensuring a robust and on-topic conversation.
Over breakfast, we’ll examine what organisational structures are currently used by architecture practices and other service-based industries; and discover what other ways businesses can be structured to facilitate more innovative types of practice.
