COVID Roundtable Discussion

31 January 2022

ACA members are invited to a virtual roundtable on Friday 4 February to discuss the challenges facing architectural practices over the coming months. Join ACA National President John Held, IR Advisor Tom Earls, ACA CEO Angelina Pillai and representatives from a number of practices for this important conversation. BOOK NOW!

With our health systems under stress, schools returning, Omicron still in the headlines and constantly changing health guidelines, it’s a stressful time to run an architectural practice. Do we work from home? What if we can’t? Do we organise split shifts, or just increase precautionary measures? What are our legal obligations?

The ACA’s first virtual roundtable of the year will include a representative group of practices of different sizes and from different states, all sharing common questions, challenges and solutions in conversation with Tom Earls and Emma Avey from Fair Work Lawyers, and John Held and Angelina Pillai from the ACA.

Tom and Emma have already posted useful information on the ACA website and will continue to provide IR updates in upcoming articles.
