DBP Audit Findings + 5 Key Australian Standards

17 February 2024 - Updated: 10 May 2024

Watch this informative presentation on the findings from the Design & Building Practitioner (DBP) Audit and the latest from NATSPEC on how to use and document Australian Standards. Originally held 6 March 2024 and hosted by ACA NSW/ACT.

The NSW Building Commission has conducted audits of registered design practitioners for over two years. In this webinar Jonathan Lynch (Building Commission NSW) provides advice to architects on the common non-compliance issues found and how these findings will improve the quality of construction in NSW.

Richard Choy (NATSPEC) talks to the five key Australian Standards for architects. He explains the difference in the use of Standards in Australia compared to overseas, and when and why you should document a Standard.
