ACA SA’s Business of Design Lunch returns this year – a unique opportunity to hear prominent designers talking about their business. Previous speakers Sean Godsell and Kerstin Thompson shared fascinating insights into the connection between good design and good business practice.
This year we welcome WA’s Emma Williamson, the co-founder of TheFulcrum.Agency, a creative consultancy founded in late 2018 that leverages community and social outcomes through evidenced-based design, strategy, advocacy and research.
Speaker
Emma is passionate about the architectural profession and spent nearly a decade as a lecturer at Curtin University in the Department of Architecture and Interior Architecture. She was the inaugural Chair of the National Committee for Gender Equity for the Institute of Architects, is an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow at Monash University and holds a position on the Western Australian State Design Review Panel.
