Sharon will present some relevant case studies, on which the Courts have been required to consider the application of a new duty of care. She will go through judgments to show how these case studies are interpreted and the key takeaways from these case studies.

Sharon Levy has over 20 years of experience in commercial disputes and particular expertise in building and construction. She has successfully represented a diverse range of clients including councils, NSW government departments, builders, developers, sub-contractors, consultants, owners of corporations and high net-worth individuals.
