Guide Agreements – time off in lieu and cashing out leave

The ACA provides new Guide Agreements to assist members meet their obligations under recent changes to the Architects Award.

Recent changes to the Architects Award mean that agreements are required for employees who wish to cash out their annual leave and/or take time off instead of payment for overtime.

On behalf of the ACA, Michael Corrigan of Platinum Employment Relations has prepared guide agreements for both situations.
