How to Make Fee Agreements Work for You
Have you found yourself overlooking the fee agreement so you can get started on design? Book now for our May webinar to learn more about fees and how to keep your business in the black.
Remember, if you do not have a fee agreement in place before you start a new project, you’re putting your business at risk! While there’s a number of standard forms of agreements, the anecdotal evidence is that most firms prefer their own fee documents with all the risks this entails.
On 30 May, practice management specialist Bryan Miller will give us all the tips we need to know about successful fee management, exploring the basics of architectural fees and the management of fee agreements and accounts.
Our speaker – Bryan Miller
Bryan Miller is a Life Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects and a founding member of the ACA. He runs his own firm in Melbourne, which specialises in the provision of advice and assistance to other architects generally in the areas of practice management and contract administration.
