4 March 2024 - Updated: 1 April 2024

Tender submissions are a critical part of running a commercial architecture practice, yet they can be a stressful process. In this recorded webinar, Alicia Brown from New Doors guides us through a series of key strategies to maximise your tendering efforts and deliver better results. Originally held 26 March 2024.

In this valuable CPD webinar, Alicia Brown walks you through the following steps to help improve your tendering processes.

  • To bid or not to bid – strategically reviewing tender opportunities
  • Diving in and not drowning – understanding the ins and outs of the project and the tender requirements
  • Building a solid foundation – defining your strategic positioning and your overarching project-specific value proposition
  • Mapping the journey – getting organised, planning for success and coordinating progress to hit the deadline every time
  • Making it count – planning your content and preparing responses that are authentic and tailored to your audience/project/criteria
  • Bringing it home – drafting and finessing your submission and uploading with enough time to spare
  • Driving future successes – developing base content and creating a cycle of improvement
