Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital Site Tour
Save the date for the ACA – Qld/NT’s next site visit to the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital.
Conrad Gargett Riddel, in association with Lyons, were commissioned for the architecture, landscape and interior design of the new Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in 2007. The hospital is a 359 bed tertiary/quaternary hospital at South Brisbane. A State Government initiative, it forms the hub of a state-wide network of paediatric services for Queensland’s population of 4.5 million. A significant new public open space provides a forecourt to the building which is expected to become a city landmark.
