Each ACA member practice has the opportunity to access legal advice from Christopher Larcos from Larcos Law – for a maximum of 20 minutes in each calendar year per area of law.
Advice is available in building and construction, property, planning and environment and workplace. To access this 20-minute telephone, consultation fill out the form below with an overview of the issue. Larcos Law will respond within 24 business hours.
If ACA members wish to have legal advice over and above the annual limits, they may engage Larcos Law at hourly rates agreed with the individual ACA member.

About Larcos Law
Christopher Larcos is a solicitor and architect with more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, including over two decades in legal practice.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects and has served as NSW Editor of the Building and Construction Law Journal. He is also an adjudicator under security of payment legislation in multiple Australian jurisdictions.
His work draws on a career spanning architectural practice, construction law, and dispute resolution, and is grounded in the realities of project delivery.
He offers a suite of carefully developed Special Conditions for ABIC contracts, designed to address practical issues encountered in real projects and to provide clear, workable contractual outcomes.
