Callum Bruce is Business Systems Director at Management for Design (M4D). Callum has worked in business systems consulting for over 11 years and has an exceptional range of experience working within the AEC space. Callum has worked with firms of 5-400 employees to implement new business systems, drive change and increase staff knowledge of fundamental project management practices.
