Preparing your Practice for Recovery
Join the ACA on 18 May for a special online event on how to best position and prepare your practice for the recovery after Covid-19. Not-to-be-missed presentations. Book now!
According to recent feedback from the ACA’s COVID-19 Pulse Check survey, 89% of responding practices have had projects cancelled or put on hold or anticipate that they soon will be. Correspondingly, many of our members have recently experienced a negative impact on their businesses and have taken short-term working and financial measures to help cope with these uncertain times.
But how do you prepare for the upswing to come in the post-COVID recovery period? For insights on the current business climate in the construction industry and how you can help prepare for the future, Stellar Business Consulting, Grant Thornton Australia and Macquarie Bank are joining forces to deliver informative presentations and discussion for the ACA. We hope you can join us to learn from these industry experts and take advantage of the opportunity to discuss the issues and ask questions.
Our speakers will share insights on:
- Leveraging learnings from the GFC to prepare for the inevitable market recovery
- The economic cycle, how to achieve a high-performing culture, and what drives business valuations
- How to make opportunity from building efficiency into your business
- Observations on the COVID climate through business conversations
- The critical importance of short- to medium-term forecasting
- Funding options for business sale and preparation for borrowing post-COVID
