Professional Services Subconsultants

8 April 2015

The first ACA Insight National Webinar for 2015 looks at agreements for Professional Services Subconsultants.

ACA – SA has prepared a new general purpose ‘back-to-back’ subconsultancy agreement for use when the Lead Professional Services Consultant is required to engage other consultants.

This webinar will discuss the advantages of having a proper agreement rather than a letter of engagement, what other documents should be referenced and look at when such agreements are suitable for use.
