Content covered in the webinar will include:

  • The purpose and benefits of the contract, contractual/legal requirements for formal agreements and the residual risk
  • The risks and impacts of proceeding without a formal agreement
  • The potential impacts of accepting agreements with unreasonable risk allocation or carve outs of agreements to limit passthrough of the full head contract requirements
  • The insurer’s perspective on having a formal agreement or other bespoke arrangement in place
  • Insurer and architect war stories reflecting potential risks at play

Please note that the updated ACA Professional Services Subcontract is available free to ACA members through the contracts page in our ACA Business Toolbox.
