The ACA Professional Services Subcontract (updated October 2021) is available for members to use when a back-to-back agreement is required with the Lead Consultant, providing a guide for the straightforward engagement of subconsultants.

Grant Mitchell 
Partner, MinterEllison

With 30 years’ experience, Grant leads MinterEllison’s Insurance and Corporate Risk team in South Australia. He specialises in professional indemnity claims, construction litigation, directors and officers claims, and more complex public and product liability claims.

Felicity Dixon 
Risk Manager NSW – informed by Planned Cover

Felicity is a Risk Manager with informed by Planned Cover, advising on professional indemnity insurance risks and their implications found within contracts. She also presents seminars that educate professionals on these risks and how best to manage them. Before joining Planned Cover at the start of 2014, Felicity worked in Sydney, Perth and London as a construction litigation lawyer and front end lawyer drafting construction contracts for a number of large construction, architectural and engineering practices. During her years in private practice she also gained experience in insurance, insolvency and personal injury.

Cos Cirocco 
National Business Manager & State Manager SA/TAS, Planned Cover

Cos is an Economics graduate and a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB). He is also a Member of the Australian Insurance Law Association and has over 30 years of insurance experience. He is currently the National Business Manager of Planned Cover and Manager of the company’s SA/TAS client base and has specialised in the provision of Professional Indemnity/Liability Insurance and Risk/Claims Management advice to construction professionals for over 25 years.
