The ACA’s HR advisor Catalina Consultants takes us through the new Right to Disconnect legislation, outlining what the new rules actually mean for employers and some practical measures to take to ensure compliance.

Note that the Right to Disconnect will take effect on 26 August 2024 for Australian employers with more than 15 employees and 26 August 2025 for small businesses.
