Our expert presenters will share their knowledge and insights into the legal and HR contexts of managing staff and practices in 2022. As COVID restrictions and close contact rules are removed, there are ongoing challenges as practices need to fulfil their employer obligations in providing a safe workplace. Our speakers will address these challenges and provide an update on staff in isolation; carer’s leave and leave accrual; the ongoing demand for flexible working under the hybrid model; and developing your practice’s guidelines for how this will work for you. Hear the latest in litigation and general advice to help manage this risk and learn how recent years have impacted HR strategy, including communication, skill development, wellbeing programs and culture, office design and the effects of the competition for talent.
