2025 Architects Award Pay Rates
The 2025 Federal Industrial Award pay rates have been updated and are applicable from 1 July 2025. ACA members can log in to access award pay rates relevant to architectural practice today!
The new award rates incorporate the minimum wage decision handed down by the Fair Work Commission on 3 June 2025. This year, modern award rates have increased by 3.5%.
New Award pay rates for the Architects Award, the Clerks Award, Graphics Award, Manufacturing Award and Miscellaneous Award are valid from 1 July 2025. These are minimum rates required to meet your practice’s obligations under the relevant Award and the National Employment Standards.
The rates of pay in the wage sheets are gross (ie before tax) amounts. Every employee will have their own specific tax circumstances, which may lead to different net pay, including the hours worked and other specific factors (eg a HECS or HELP debt, non-citizen etc).
