Governance

The ACA National Executive Committee is responsible for the governance of the ACA and executes this independently, in the best interests of the Association.

As a registered employer organisation, the ACA is governed by the Fair Work Commission and the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009.

Strategic Plan

The ACA Strategic Plan 2018–2023 sets out the vision, mission and strategy for the ACA over the five-year period. It ensures that the ACA remains relevant to members and engaged in broad business conversation well into the future. The critical mantra of the ACA’s Strategic Plan is to be ‘relevant, responsive and reliable’.

Developed by the NEC under the leadership of Immediate Past President Kieran Wong, the Strategic Plan revisits the growth and successes of the previous five years and outlines how the ACA will build on these achievements in the years to come.
