2026 Branch Elections – ACA seeks nominations
If you have ever wanted to contribute, lead, support or just be part of the conversations of the peak body that represents you and your practice, now is the time to nominate as an ACA Branch committee member!
Branch members have the opportunity to contribute to the ACA’s advocacy, leadership and industry initiatives, helping shape the future of architectural practice in Australia. Whether you are interested in influencing government policy, informing the development of tools and resources, contributing to thought leadership, or getting creative with online events, this is your chance to take a seat at the ACA table and make a meaningful impact.
We are looking for a mix of enthusiastic, innovative, strategic, ethical, connected and creative leaders to join our network so together we can shape this profession for the future.
While each branch has its own areas of focus and priorities, together they contribute a breadth of expertise and perspectives that strengthen the ACA nationally. Branch Executive Committees include architects from different practice sizes and types, guaranteeing a range of perspectives and experience. All input is voluntary.
All branches facilitate engaging networks and opportunities for discussion and support. The committees address a wide range of business issues in architecture, which practices may not have the time or the resources to address on their own. Branches also assist individual members facing problems that could affect the whole profession.
In the next week you will receive an email pack from the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). If you’d like to become actively involved in your ACA Branch, please read the Election Notice carefully and provide your completed nomination form to the AEC.
The deadline for nominations is midday Wednesday 8 July.
Please direct any enquiries to Michelle Eades.
