Money Matters

18 April 2019

How do you improve your bottom line without letting go of your values or your daily enjoyment of the work? On 10 May, Warwick Mihaly will share his insights for BoSP3 in WA.

The ACA – WA initially approached Warwick Mihaly, Director of Mihaly Slocombe Architects, to speak about Practice Management software; in response, he came back to us with something much more compelling…

After being in business for nearly a decade, Warwick’s goal this year is ‘to become more financially sustainable, while simultaneously protecting his studio’s passion for good design, healthy client relationships and larrikin office culture’.

For the third instalment of the Business of Small Practice, Warwick will share his thoughts about creating financial stability without letting go of your values, and will give an insight into the tools that he uses to manage his bottom line.

Warwick’s keynote will be followed by a panel discussion with local architects Nick Juniper and Patrick Miller about the programs and tools they use to manage projects and finances within their practices.
