Client Choice Awards 2027
Client feedback is one of the most powerful tools for building a stronger practice, helping you refine your services, strengthen relationships and win new work. Enter the 2027 Client Choice Awards for Best Architecture Firm to gain access to invaluable feedback from your clients alongside competitive benchmarking insights. Several ACA member practices have been recognised through these Awards, and we encourage all members to take part. Entries are now open until 7 August.
The ACA is pleased to continue our partnership with beaton, research manager of the Client Choice Awards, to co-promote the Best Architecture Firm (less than $30 million revenue) award.
Beaton Research + Consulting officially opened entries for the 2027 awards in mid-June. Built and natural environment consulting firms of all sizes are eligible to enter the Client Choice Awards, Australia and New Zealand’s only professional services awards judged solely on feedback from clients. As well as specialist categories for the Best Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Consulting and Urban Design Firms, there is also an Award for the Best Overall Built & Environment Consulting Firm.
Entry into the Client Choice Awards is free.
The Awards for this category are judged purely on the survey scores received back from your clients, rather than industry experts or panels.
The online survey asks your clients to rate and comment on your firms’ performance in delivering services on a range of criteria including quality, value for money, price and trust.
Dr George Beaton, Executive Chairman of Beaton, said the awards offer something increasingly rare in today’s market: an independent, evidence-based understanding of what clients truly value and how firms are performing against those expectations.

Entries for the 2027 Awards are open now for a limited time. Winners and finalists will be announced once Beaton’s extensive client feedback analysis process is finalised in late March 2027.
All entrants additionally have the option to purchase a detailed Beaton Benchmarks report with analysis on your firm’s performance compared to other firms.
