Meet our speaker
Rachel Bloom is Principal at Catalina Consultants where she supports clients across all aspects of HR strategy and organisational development – from leadership and culture to structure, succession and performance. She is a seasoned organisational coach and consultant with over 25 years’ experience working with senior leader and executive teams.

The event will deliver 1.5 formal CPD points.
The program will include a structured presentation, facilitated roundtable discussion of issues and problem solving and will include time for Q&A with our guest speaker.
