Key decision regarding WFH for clerical employees
The Fair Work Commission has recently handed down a decision varying the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 to include facilitative provisions to enable request for work from home arrangements. Many ACA members employ a person under the Award, and many have in place informal arrangements regarding work from home that should be reviewed in light of this decision.
