Stratco’s BIM-Integrated Architectural Solutions
In recent years, ACA partner Stratco has positioned itself as a technical partner in the design process, working closely with architects to develop systems that respond to contemporary design priorities. This philosophy is embodied in the development of NINELINE™, a range created in collaboration with Studio Nine Architects.
Stratco’s Architectural Solutions Division supports architects with systems shaped by current design innovation and practice. Working across roofing, walling, screening and façade systems, Stratco provides the resources that architects need to model and document design intent with confidence, while maintaining control over architectural expression.
The NINELINE™ range was created in partnership with Studio Nine Architects. Developed through close dialogue, the range responds directly to architectural considerations around proportion, shadow, rhythm and material expression. Rather than adapting an existing product to suit architectural outcomes, NINELINE™ was conceived with design intent at its core, ensuring the system supports creative vision while delivering product benefits.
That collaborative mindset extends beyond product development. Stratco Architectural Solutions encourages early engagement with architects and designers, working alongside project teams to ensure design intent is respected and realised through documentation, detailing and delivery. The focus goes beyond supply, through support of the translation of architectural ideas into buildable outcomes.
This emphasis on integration is increasingly evident in Stratco’s specification resources, recognising that material selection today must perform as effectively within a BIM environment as it does on site. Responding to contemporary architectural workflows, Stratco has expanded its BIM resources to support both Archicad and Revit users, helping streamline specification and documentation for design and construction teams.
Archicad users can now access the NINELINE™ range via the Ci Tools Coverings add-on, enabling accurate modelling and efficient workflow integration directly within the BIM environment. Revit users are equally supported, with Revit families available alongside downloadable 2D and 3D files hosted on the Stratco Architectural Solutions website.
Designed to promote clarity, consistency and confidence from early design through to construction documentation, these digital resources allow architects to incorporate Stratco systems into projects with greater precision and continuity, supported by a team that understands the importance of protecting design intent at every stage.
