ACA NSW/ACT: Creating Mentally Healthy Workplaces
Poor mental health costs Australian businesses $39 billion per year. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Employers not only have the power to protect mental wellbeing but can also help people thrive in the workplace. So, how do we get organisations to sit up and take action? And for those that are ready, where do you start? Join us for an insightful wellbeing session with David Rossetto from the Black Dog Institute.
This session cuts through the noise with research-backed insights into why mentally healthy workplaces make good business sense – and offers practical tools for building one, including the Five Ways to Wellbeing framework.
ACA NSW/ACT Committee Member Hamish Ginn (SJB) will then speak about how the ACA supports wellbeing in practice. He will introduce the Employee Assistance Program, and point members towards the wider suite of resources the ACA offers.
