Technology & Innovation Panel Discussion

Deltek , 30 June 2020

Join the ACA and Deltek on 22 July for a special panel discussion on how to gain a competitive edge by using innovation and technology effectively in your practice.

In the age of COVID-19, modernising the technological capabilities of your practice has become more important than ever. To compete in an increasingly digital world, where analytics and data provide an edge, businesses are using technology as a strategic imperative, a driver of efficiency and productivity, and a tool to empower employees and navigate forward planning.

Our panel discussion will be moderated by Deltek Regional Vice President Neil Davidson and will feature the CEO of ASPECT Studios Ivan Ross and COO of Northrop Consulting Engineers Justin Davies. Both speakers will take a deep-dive into their business strategies, their vision for long-term digital transformation, and insights into their preferred and adopted change management processes. They will offer their unique perspectives, explaining how they have harnessed technology to increase profitability and productivity, while retaining the creativity of their employees.

Over a broad-ranging discussion, they will cover the following:

  • The impact of innovation on their business
  • The best recent digital advances
  • Changes to internal processes and systems, and the resulting payoffs and benefits
  • How to create a culture of learning and empowerment, so employees are prepared for the long term
