As the year draws to a close, ACA NSW/ACT Branch President Ivana Simkovic and the NSW/ACT Committee invite members to join us for our annual Christmas Drinks.

2026 has been a busy year for ACA NSW/ACT. Our advocacy on the Building (Approvals and Practitioners) Bill helped keep the Architects Act unchanged. We also issued a joint statement with RAIA NSW on the proposed closure of CSIRO’s North Ryde fire-testing facility and made a submission to the NSW Building Commission. Alongside this, our webinar program covered risk, regulation and mental wellbeing, and members spoke on stage at Sydney Build.

This evening is a chance to celebrate that work, thank our members and catch up with colleagues over some festive cheer. Tucked away on the second floor of The Royal Hotel, the Bengal Bar is an intimate space with heritage interiors and access to the rooftop terrace, with views across the Sydney skyline.

We look forward to seeing you there!
