Our speakers analyse the Deltek Clarity highlights, a survey conducted across 600 respondents of varying practice sizes in the architecture and engineering industry, to understand the industry trends and benchmarks impacting the industry.
They discuss six key areas to ensure business success: the impact of the pandemic, technology trends, project management, business development, financial management and key performance indicators (KPIs) that your practice should focus on. They cover practical ways to move forward, no matter where your practice finds itself, to drive change and efficiency and gain competitive advantage.

Our Speakers
Kimberly Sack is a Product Marketing Manager, helping Deltek deliver value to architecture, engineering, consulting firms and agencies through innovative solutions. She joined the Deltek Clarity team this year with a focus on the EMeA and APAC region. Prior to Deltek, Kimberly worked for a Microsoft partner to deliver solutions to professional services companies.
Matthew Tence is the Treasurer and a Committee Member for the VIC/TAS branch of the ACA and a Committee Member for New Architects Melbourne. Matthew has extensive experience in business and operations management, leading architecture and design practices in Australia. His skills and experience include accounts / finance, resourcing, human resources, fees, contracts, IT, marketing and facilities. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Design – Landscape Architecture, and he is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
