Join the ACA and Wendy Poulton on 28 May for this timely session on managing client-drafted contracts, from receipt to review, departures table to negotiation.

BOOK NOW

Join the ACA and our presenter – Wendy Poulton, Principal of informed Lawyers (ACN 635 862 145) – as she investigates efficiencies in managing client-drafted contracts. Consider short-cuts for when you need to read and amend contracts under pressure, while honing your ability to spot clauses that can either tip the balance in liability litigation or unlock leverage in commercial disputes. Wendy will also identify common pain points as well as unusual dangers in drafting, and weigh up negotiation tactics that either help or hinder.
