Fay Calderone is an Employment Law & Workplace Relations Partner and national chair of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing Council at Hall & Wilcox. Fay’s influence extends beyond the boardroom or courtroom to shaping policies, training boards and leadership teams and helping them develop safe, healthy, and respectful workplaces. Fay boasts over 20 years of experience as an employment lawyer and strategic advisor to top-tier employers. Author of Broken to Safe: Tackling toxic workplaces and burnout, her excellent handbook is jampacked with valuable advice on effective leadership through good and bad times, proactive compliance, successful performance management and building trusting, innovative and creative workplace cultures.
George Panos brings over 20 years of experience in the architecture and design industry. He has served as CEO with McGregor Coxall where he is currently Board Advisor to the Global Board of Directors and before this was the CFO at Architectus. George is a qualified lawyer and accountant, holds an MBA and is a member of the AICD. With a strong background in business planning and strategic thinking, he collaborates closely with Boards, CEOs, and Executive Leadership Teams to drive overall performance, strategy, governance, finance, and operations. Over the past two decades, George has also run his consultancy, assisting organisations with strategy, business development and implementation, and provided mentoring to C-suite executives
