2018 Award Rates
Updated Federal Industrial Awards pay rates for awards relevant to employees working in architectural practices.
The award rates below incorporate the minimum wage decision handed down by the Fair Work Commission in June 2017. This saw an increase of 3.5% applied to all award wages applicable from the first full pay period from 1 July 2018.
Note: these are minimum rates required to meet your practice’s obligations under the relevant Award and the National Employment Standards. (The new national minimum wage will be $719.20 per week or $18.93 per hour.)
